Makati’s Wildflour Cafe and Bakery

Wildflour Cafe + Bakery is located at V Corporate Center, 125 L. P. Leviste Street, Salcedo Village. It’s quite close to Toby’s Estate (I think it’s right next to it? I’m not sure). We went there around lunch time and it was quite crowded, good thing my friend Patrice was there early to reserve seats for us.
The interior is dimly lit and well-decorated. The place isn’t very spacious to move around in to make way for more seats.
You can clearly see everyone at work in the Kitchen. During lunch, the best word to describe them would probably be chaotic. Everyone’s all over the place doing what needs to be done. Some of them didn’t even notice a piece of bread that fell down on the floor (which they threw away afterwards)!

My friends Patrice and Pauline ordered the Kimchi fried rice and Chorizo.

The Kimchi Fried Rice should have come with beef (but we asked for it to be separated since one of my friend needed to avoid it).

While I ordered the Wildflour Breakfast and a Watermelon Iced Tea.

Perfectly smoked bacon! Flavorful roasted potatoes. Creamy scrambled egg. Although the bread was rather hard and dry, everything else was great.
The iced tea was refreshingly new to my taste, simply for the fact that I’ve never had it with watermelon before. Still good nonetheless.
It cost us around Php1,700 which was a pretty standard price considering all the restaurants I’ve been to in Makati. Service was fast, probably because we were seated right in front of the bar so we were pretty accessible to the servers.
