Ayala Rewards Circle (July 2021 Update)

The latest update to the Ayala Rewards Circle (ARC) app brings all of Ayala Group’s rewards system in just one place!

One complaint I have with BPI is that their online banking isn’t as good as other banks’. Unlike BDO or Citibank where points are updated in real-time or semi real-time, one has to wait for their statement of account to know their credit card points. It’s not exactly a big problem but as someone who tracks their credit card points weekly, I want to be able to see my points easily. Now finally(!), BPI did something about it. Albeit through, oddly enough, a separate app – their Ayala Rewards Circle.

Let’s cut to the chase and show you how you do it.

 

 

First, download the app and make sure it’s the latest version. Sign-up for an account if you haven’t and log in. Once you’re in, tap the “Wallet” icon on the upper right side of the screen.

 

 

Next, there should be a button to link your loyalty accounts somewhere on the screen. I can’t seem to remember if it’s at the bottom since my app’s interface has changed already. Anyway, select the account you want to link. Since I wanted to do this with my BPI Visa Signature credit card, I tapped “BPI”. You will then need to enter your “Customer Number” as well as your “Customer Name”. After entering the details, BPI will verify the information first before linking your accounts.

Note: Hopefully, they finish working on the implementation of their other loyalty accounts too!

 

 

Finally, a notification will appear on the app indicating your accounts have been successfully linked. I’m pretty sure you also get an SMS about it too.

 

 

And there you have it! You can finally see your loyalty accounts’ points through your Ayala Rewards Circle app!

Initially, I had to go all SDET (Software Developer in Test) since there was a bug and the points were not displaying correctly. Special thanks to ARC’s Concierge Ms. Marie who handled the concern and kept me updated on how they resolved this with their team in BPI!
