Cebu – Bohol Day 3 (Bohol Tours – Staying at Hennan)

Rest and Relax at Henann Resort Alona Beach

Since I wanted our trip to be really memorable and relaxing, I decided to splurge a bit and booked us a room at Henann Resort Alona Beach. True enough, it was paradise!

Random thoughts: Welcome drinks at Henann! After checking-in, you’ll receive coupons which you can trade for drinks at a different counter. Now that I think about it, the receptionist actually asked for my passport. Was it because I looked Chinese? It’s a good thing I brought mine, although I guess any ID would have sufficed.

Random thoughts: Finally! I legit bed of my own!

As soon as we were done with our drinks, we went up to our room and dropped off our stuff. The room was really nice and lives up to the Henann name. The view from the balcony was great too! The beds and sofa were really comfortable while the cabinets and work desk provided ample storage space.

The toilet was clean and spacious. And like any good hotel, toiletries were provided. There was also a bath tub, but sadly, we didn’t have enough time to enjoy it.

Random thoughts: Now that I think about it, our room in the second floor was the best. Aside from the pool view, we had easy access to…

The Coral Cafe, one of the dining options here at Henann Resort. This place provides you with a view overlooking the resort’s pools.

And yes, we took note of the bar area.

Aside from the pools near the main hotel building, they also have pools close to the beach front.

Christina’s is another dining option available at Henann. However, this place caters mostly to couples.

Aside from the Coral Cafe and Christina’s, there’s also the Sea Breeze Beach Club. This is where we had our breakfast the following day.

Other amenities in the resort include a gym and a spa.

Random thoughts: Massage prices are really high in resorts. This is definitely something that I can’t afford at the moment.

As soon as we were done acquainting ourselves with Henann Resort, we went for a walk along the beach front. I’ll let the pictures do the talking this time.

Random thoughts: This place is definitely more tranquil than Boracay.

We had a quick snack at Hera Greek Tarverna where we ordered Feta Cheese for sharing.

Soon after, we scouted for a good place to have dinner. After walking to the end of the beach’s stretch, we finally settled for Sea Divers Restaurant. This time, we had Beef with Brocolli, Sisig, and Fried Calamari.

After filling our tummies, we strolled along the beach for a few more minutes before finally enjoying the pool.

A short swim and a few drinks after, we settled in for the night.

And that’s it for our 3rd day at Bohol! Tomorrow, we head back to reality.
