Cebu – Bohol Day 3 (Bohol Tours – Staying at Hennan)

Itinerary for the Day: Bohol Bee Farm, Bohol Tours by Bohol Life Tours, Henann Resort Alona Beach

Random thoughts: Coffee and friends make the perfect blend. Add in the quaint ambiance at The Buzz Cafe and Bar and you’d never want to leave!

Since we mostly traveled on the 2nd day, we made up for it on our 3rd day with tons of sights and experiences around Bohol. With Bohol Bee Farm as our starting point, it was definitely an exciting and worthwhile day ahead!

Stuff yourselves at Bohol Bee Farm’s Breakfast Buffet

We woke up at around 6:30 am to 7:00 am to prepare and change. By 7:30, we left our rooms and partook of the sumptuous breakfast buffet that came with our accommodation at Bohol Bee Farm.

Random thoughts: Unlimited pesto dip! I did mention how their pesto was heavenly right? Kunwaring healthy kaya may brown rice!

There was an ample amount of selection, mostly the bestsellers that they have on their restaurant menu. Aside from those, they have omelette, bacon, and soup.  As for drinks, they have coffee, milk and juice. Also, the resort didn’t scrimp on the food as there were constant refills, including the bacon! I would also love to commend the staff as they were all nice and friendly. Each of them was more than happy to answer anything regarding their food, except the actual recipes of course.

Go on a tour around Bohol Bee Farm

Since Eden and Gladys were still busy with breakfast, I decided to avail of the Bee Farm Tour that was also included on our package. The reception desk serves as the meet-up place for those who wish to participate in the tour.

The first stop of the tour was the mini garden in front of the reception area. Here, our tour guide introduced us to the different herbs used in their recipes. Aside from the herbs’s usage as a cooking ingredient, our guide also provided us with trivia and other practical uses for them.

Next up was the Crafts and Livelihood area.

Aside from souvenirs, they also hand-make cloths, decors and even furniture!

Random thoughts: Our stay with Bohol Bee Farm was definitely a bang for the buck!

There was a lot more to the tour but I’ll leave it to you to discover them! At the end, we headed back to The Buzz Shop where we sampled some of their products. Since I dropped by the night before, I went ahead and met up with Eden and Gladys to finish our preparations and to check-out of Bohol Bee Farm.

At 9:30 am, we had scheduled a Bohol tour with Bohol Life Tours. For this, we asked to be picked up at Bohol Bee Farm.
